Virat Kohli Cancels ₹34 Crore Deal For Luxury Apartment in Mumbai

After purchasing a 34-crore apartment in Worli area of Mumbai in the month of June 2016, the skipper of Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli has called off the deal. Let’s find out more about the news.

After his marriage with Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma, the captain of Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli is again in the limelight. This time, neither because of his marriage nor because of his cricket games.

Virat Kohli has cancelled his deal to purchase the luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Worli area. The project was named as Omkar 1973 and was built by Omkar Realtors & Developers.

As per the reports, the cancellation deed for the same has been prepared on 20th March and got registered on 21st March. Virat Kohli intended to purchase this 7000 sq. ft. apartment in June 2016. The apartment is situated on the 35th floor Tower C and overlooks the Arabian Sea. Virat Kohli Mumbai apartment costs him ₹34 crore which also includes allocation of four parking slots.

If the market sources are believed, Virat Kohli is now on a quest to purchase a penthouse between Bandra and Versova.

Virat Kohli tied the knot with Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma in December last year, after which he has leased a sea-view apartment in Raheja Legend recently. It is located on Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli and rents around ₹15 lakh per month. This apartment is on the 40th floor of the skyscraper and has the carpet area of 2,700 sq. ft. The rental agreement has been made for around two years.
